You sure know how to keep busy, and that man caring for his 'wife' is a very special human being. We don't hve th energy to belong to something like that, everybody is different huh? Lotsa love Sis.

Geez, that really sounds like a full plate! I don't know how you handle all of that! And I'd always wanted to play Bridge, but never got around to learning the game . . .

There are some wonderful people at the Center and I truly never tire of hearing about them....You are top of my list of the wonderful ones....but taking care of an ex. with Dementia creeping it's evil way into her, that is very special.

Re: Nautikos - what happened to "the two J's?"
If you mean the ladies Jean and June, I'm not sure what happened to Jean - I think she's gone back to New Hampshire with some relatives, as dementia caught up with her and she could no longer maintain her house - the log cabin in the woods near here. June was
for a time with her son in TX, then her daughter in Chicago, passed away at 94, about a year and a half ago if memory serves.

It's interesting how the glimpses, the snapshots, you get of people's moments at the Center over time can form into a coherent narrative...Which reminds me: Whatever happened to our old friends, 'The two J's' of yore?
