That electrical problem sounds very dangerous. It frightens me to think what could have happened. Once my sister put clothes in the dryer and then went to do some errands. While she was gone a fire started in the connection. She came home to firemen putting out the fire in her kitchen area. Since then, I have never run the washer or dryer when I am not at home.
