I am very health conscious. As for winter, there is not much I can do about it in
northern New England.

I look more forward to life. I do not worry too much about health. I figure that as long as I do what I am supposed to do, it will take care of itself.

I used to look forward to Winter because I've always preferred the cold to the heat. But these past few Winters have been brutal! Although I'm not looking forward to those 90 degree days, I am tired of sub-arctic temperatures as well. Concerning my health, I guess I need something 'neutral' . . .
