Hopefully no one will be turned off by the workbook. Forget 'failure to communicate.' What you may have to worry about now is 'dissension in the ranks' . . .

Sometimes it is good to talk things over ,,,clear the air...reach an understanding...but why are budget cuts always hitting the elderly and etc??? Never mind and very proud of you that you have put something together that they think is really worth while,
