didn't want to take the focus off Amy's post. But here 'tis.
Amy in some ways you remind me of my mother, who was fierce and scary at times, who said exactly what she thought, and was too intelligent to put up gracefully with so much of the BS that surrounds a woman in this world. She should have been teaching college, but those weren't the cards she was dealt. By this time next year you'll be a whole nother person. But the heart of you is the same, and I love who you are and will be. Happy New Year!
