I think I understand. My mom lives with my older sister and her family in Texas, in a duplex, but it's not really her home. I wish she was still here in Jersey with me and the bulk of the rest of my family, but certain circumstances put her in Texas, and now we all just have to make the best of it. And I can smell those cookies from here! Mmmmm . . .

I can well imagine the stress - and that Blanton's was well deserved, Im sure! I should try it - I've had some Knob Creek, which I liked, even though I am basically a scotch man, LOL...

Well you are doing what you can for Mum. There is no easy solution sadly people slowly get worse, but it is nice to grant them a little bit of happiness if one can. A lot of plants are toxic to cats I grew some cat grass for mine but it still eats ordinary grass for a medicine,
