Some are stupid. The flags are not billowing in the wind, they were set up on a frame. Yeesh.  As if the ones setting up the hoax would get something like that wrong!

some have called those landings hoaxes saying that there is no atmosphere so how could the flag be billowing in the wind?

I remember all those launches that started back when I was in grade school.  It's no longer a novelty to those of us who were born back then.  I'm not sure about the later generations.

I remember seeing those launches in school when I was young too! What made them even more spectacular ( at least to me ) was that there were TV programs like Star Trek and Lost In Space on at around the same time period, and to think that such space voyages were possible left me in awe! Perhaps some day . . .
