That's pretty awful. Across the little lake from us is a church with carillon bells and I just love the sounds of the music floating over to us when they play.

He lives in the neighborhood that obtained an ordinance against, churches ringing their bells, and those that led to an ordinance on what amounted to a ban on my former church's prayer service on Wednesday nights. My former pastor didn't fight either ordinance love.
