It sounds like the animals ate well in your area...I know of a few people with gardens who rabbits and squirrels adored.

That's very sweet! We do similar things with birdseed, unshelled peanuts and suet for birds, squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits and the odd raccoon, though we don't go to quite that length. Of course we get no deer in our backyard, and the hawks occasionally make off with one of our guests...
