John Calvin in the 16th century theorized that man was evil. Of course the Book of Genesis showed it. I guess that part of that nature is stubbornness. We can't understand it like dogs can't understand how their behavior affects their relationships with a human. And I guess that's human nature about making choices love. Calvin said that humans always choose the bad one. Martin Luther took it from there with his thesis on grace. In the 1970s Fleetwood Mac said that you can go your own way. Well that's off your chest, sadly as folk live longer more problems arise. One has to try to do the best one can for one's parent's if only to save oneself from feeling guilty almost for ever.
