Yes

An encouraging post.  Sad as it is, there is hope in it.  Thank you.

Little things like that can hurt, but they also can make one appreciate what it going on now. That is your son-in-law's case. A belated Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.

Very sad about the lad and his mother, Kabu goes through missing one of her sons and I miss both of mine, divorce does stuff like that,in our cases anyway.

Re:

Ohh!  we have cold here in Texas, for sure. Yes, I use a little electric heater when it gets 32 degrees & below!  During the day when the temp. reaches about 50 outside, it may be 70 - 80 degrees inside the greenhouse. I check the weather and then often, I have to go out and raise a couple of windows to let in some cooler air to 'cool' things down a bit during the sunny days!!  :) Then go back out late in the evening and close it up for the cool, cold nights.   But my geraniums and so many other plants are doing so well. Just waiting for spring again so they can go outside!  :)

Thanks! We did have a great Thanksgiving - back in October, when we have ours her in Canada, LOL...And of course it's sad never to get a birthday greeting from your mother, but then, it may have been very painful for her to have to give up her child, as CCT suggests, and she repressed everything...

I wonder if his mother would have liked to have sent a card, but it would have been too painful for her.?  I wondered what tempature you go down to in Texas as you do not say that you heat your greenhouse.
