I fell in here at your blog tonight and a true joy of a read. I had no idea why I couldn't find your blog but determined tonight to search for you and voila, here you are, my friend.
My situation is such that a fight with the VAC (Vets Canada) over, PTSD, anxiety, depression etc. eventually won me a pension after 59 years, and a somewhat muddled mind.That situation has caused me the loss of some friendships, and I am still sober but without AA attendance, and Kabu is my wife as well as closest friend. She is back in Australia at the moment for a month as she goes each year for the past seven.
It would be a joy to have you write me my friend, no matter what your situation may be, and simply enjoy the sharing of a distant friendship. Ciao. John Wiley.
