I am sorry the pain set in with the freeze, it is colder around you than for us up here i believe. My legs can really ache like bad tooth ache when the weather pattern is about to change. And vacuuming hurts my back something terrible.

Sorry for your aches and pains love. Cold here too with snow on the ground, but at least you have a chance of warm coming before us.

Oh how pretty is that photo? I loved reading about your busy day. Sorry you awoke in pain. Just huddle down and stay warm. It is coming our way from your house it will be here tomorrow. Take care and stay inside.

This might help that pain...
I shared this with CCT a while back, and he said it helped.
Lie flat on your back on your bed. Raise your knees, keeping them together, and then lay them over to the right as you turn your head left. Then reverse it: knees to the left, head to the right. Do this several times. I do it before I go to sleep and before I get up, when I am dealing with the hip and lower back pain I get.
It puts a gentle twist on your spine and stretches some things that want stretching.

Love that picture! And we're still having great weather - there isn't a cloud in the sky, and we'll be getting up to 65F or so, but inevitably - what you have now we'll always get later, with interest...

Good thing you stocked up - and maybe the hip pain is a weather
change-related thing and will clear up as you go about your day. Fingers crossed. Our St. Louis weather news featured the cold shock in KC, and I thought of you & your family, and how I'd better bring the snow shovel in from the garage, since it would complicate things if there's already six inches of the nasty stuff blocking the door and disguising where the back steps are...
