Comments on THE 20 DAY THEORY

I don't think I would make it for 20 days trying to change any habits I have formed.  I'm too set in my ways.  Maybe five.  Any habits one can change in five days?

Glad to hear that Bandit and Grump are fine, as well as your job. And I'm just not sure about that '20 day' thing for breaking habits! I have a few ( like cracking my knuckles, which my wife hates ) that I know would probably take months to cure . . .

I'm so glad Grump seems to be doing reasonably well! And let's hope that in 20 days you'll have acquired better sleeping habits! If it helps, and just for you, I'll also hope the Habs are going to win all their games, except for the ones against the Leafs, LOL...

I do hope that the sleep thing works for you. Tom it seems is a wanderer...he is also a survivor and will make his way to the home that is the right one for him. LIke Graysome maybe he needs to be an only child.

I've heard that 20-day theory, too. I hope it works and you beat the

insomnia monster. Good news about Grump... ♥

That sounds like an interesting article there. I did not know of that research. Now when I try to break habits, I will keep that in mind.

You are a diehard fan there. When my teams go out for those late night Western games, I am sleeping.

That's a good sleep, you should be OK., now. I am glad Grump is making out , poor old chap has been through quite a lot this year. I suppose they don't think about it, but just carry on the best way they can. Pity we can't do the same sometimes.
