Highways do reflect our present style of living - get from point A to point B as quickly as possible, no stopping to smell the roses along the way.

We can take the highway into town and actually I like that better. If Wiley is driving it is a pretty drive Summer and Winter for me to sit and enjoy.

I guess it is a fairly long trip FS. Our roads are bunged up a lot of the time so one has to make allowances for that prospect.

Between what your destination may be, and how much time you actually have, usually do determine which routes one should take. I try to leave myself as much as time as possible when taking any fairly lengthy trip, and would much rather take a more leisurely, scenic route . . . if I can!
