Large slices of tomato, layered with mozzarella slices and gobs of fresh basil (the colours of the Italian flag, LOL), sprinled wit EVO and a bit of balsamic vinegar - one of my eternal favorites...

Recently, I just got into eating tomatos. For the longest time, I did not like them, but my taste buds changed...That is nice how you helped your father garden.
