like one street in Wagga where all the houses have to have the timber and guttering and the sheds, thr trimmings and front fences painted heritage green No argument. This one street must conform/...one dark night some woman back in the 70's painted all hers purple....A terrible row and to do ensured, along with a fine and paying for some one to paint the right colour. Heritage Green.
