I wonder where Ebola came from - it seems a new terror.
I don't like the idea of flying anywhere these days, even in clear sunny weather when nobody has the sniffles.

Ah! Rain and Brownies are made for each other and a hot cup of tea would be perfect đA new disease to combat. We find medicines to fight existing diseases and before we can feel secure a new one challenges us..... Hope there is a remedy for this one too.

We had a torrential rain for about 15 minutes, and then it stopped, just as Bennie and I reached our door, LOL...And Ebola is an African disease that's a threat to the whole world, just like the Marburg disease. Both probably jumped from monkeys and apes to humans, quite possibly because people won't stop eating 'bush meat'...

If I make cookies we will eat them and we are way overwqeight now...and Ebola...I am watching this grow not with alarm but well yes some alarm. i am glad it is not 30 years ago because I think it can wipe out people as easily as the plague or cholera. If it got hold it would overwhelm hospitals which are not run as efficiently as they like to tell us.

If you've got that big of a 'puddle' sitting at your front door, then I would say you've got bigger things to worry about right now than Eboli. Yes, it is a concern, but that small lake is probably an even bigger concern! Peanutbutter brownies sound good! They may actually help those creaky bones . . .
