Good to see that you enjoyed your trip to Turkey so much. Many of the names of places and goddess you've mentioned are familiar to me from my Literaure studies. I long to visit these sometime in the future. Your travelogue has been excellent so far and gave me much pleasure to read. Thanks. Looking forward to whatever more there is.

Shamasere
All very interesting Shamasere. You have the gift of describing it all briefly.
Someone once told me it was fatal to visit carpet showrooms, it was a job to escape without buying. You seem to have visited several, you must have the knack of refusing down to a fine art .

So far it seems as though you are really enjoying this little trip through history, and learning quite a few things along the way. I hope the rest of it is as fun and exciting as these past excursions seemed to have been . . .

I loved it when I was there...it seems not long ago but it must be 9 years I think. I expect it is even more excavated in that time...but you sent my mind backon the trip . Thank you dear one.
