Yes it is interesting to learn what folk think about the vastness of space . I sometimes think Hell we are so insignificant and yet we feel so much at times.

Very interesting post.  I'm interested in what you suggested writing about.
Son #1 got a great kick out of your paragraph about Kim Jong Un.  LOL

Interested here! And yes, people are going to react that way as long as the 'moderate' Muslims don't speak out and condemn.

I love science - astrophysics and genetics in particular, even though

the they often leave my feeble mind in the same boggled state as it gets after seeing a TV medium chat with someone's departed relatives or following a science channel report on yeti or bigfoot sightings.

Actually I do remember your posts about time and I had a lot of trouble keeping up with your mind. It was the first I had ever been asked to think about "no such thing as time," for I live in a finite World where there are beginnings and endings and you set my mind elsewhere that I still cannot grasp ...yet it fascinates me. Now if you get back onto that theme...please keep it simple so that I can keep up. LOL

Uh Oh this guy just keeps following me around....

Well, they certainly were stray, albeit interesting, thoughts! I'll only comment on your first one concerning Jupitor. I hadn't known of its importance to our solar sytem. I did know that our very survival depends unbelievably on our moon, which has been slowly but surely pulling away from us over the centuries. Without the existance of the moon, Earth as we know it would cease to be, plain and simple. Gotta love all this 'science stuff' . . .
