What a lovely spot beside the stream, I can almost hear the woodland
sounds. I, too, wandered along a stream some 55 or 60 years ago, and I still feel the places where deer and small critters left their footprints on the muddy banks.

A beautiful picture and an interesting and nostalgic glance back! Yes, beavers like to build their lodges in less travelled places, where their slapping tails and the loon's call are the only sounds to accompany the great god Pan's flute on a sunny afternoon at the edge of the wood...

It is amazing how with all the changes that happened to this place you still remember everything with a vivid memory
