Lots of time & thought have gone into this post, and I have to say
you've made a good argument for the point that it's not a fringe, but the whole kit and kaboodle who want to deal death to the infidel. But I have to think there are many who have been coerced, led, flim-flammed or otherwise aborbed into that culture who are not interested in the bloody business of jihad.
