An ulcer in one's mouth? Ouch! That's got to be sore and uncomfortable! And I would hope that no one likes to see an animal suffer in any way, no matter how big or small. I hope he is on the mend now . . .

The trouble is Pat we have had no rain and the ground is like cement unless it has been growing plants and has been watered. When I go to the health centre they always quote the the weight in Kilo etc. I like to stick to the old measurement if possible.

16 ounces in a pound 14 lbs in a stone.....funny what one remembers from when they went to school..then we went metric...now luckily, I get so confused I don't know what I weigh....Like Justi, a large stone castle probably.
