I bet they were more senuous than the ones we have here S. Now I can't believe that it is just dried apple, I'll try to find out on the net I dried a lot of apples last year and I think I ended up feeding them to the birds. In the last war 1939 coffee was made out of parsnips it tasted terrible.

Hope you are well rested now.The harem and belly dancers brought a smile.....saw both on my recent visit to Turkey.CCT the apple tea is dried apple(I brought back a pack with me and if there are other ingredients won't know it's written in Turkish.The hotel owner was kind to buy it for us)and you pour hot water to make a glass of (they have it in small glasses) tea....😊

Well the flue shot does seem more easily assimilated than it once did. Yes it was really cold last night but no frost yet, the water from the hose felt quite warm so it did not feel so bad if one was splashed. They don't bother to change the tablets much here unless one complains, perhaps your doctors take more interest in the patient.

I've also been thinking of getting the new flu shot...
It's time for my annual "well woman exam." I fear Doc will change the meds, and I've only just gotten used to the side effects of the ones I've been taking. I see from your post that autumn is upon your neighborhood too. I love a glorious, colorful fall, but can't help dreading the winter to come.
