I have a little owl that Son #4 made years ago when he was small. He brought it home from school so proudly and gave it to me. It was all I could do to keep from bursting into laughter because instead of tail feathers, it had a nice little human-type buttocks.

Elbows, wrists, whatever, I feel sure that Pete is going to be wonderful. I love your persistence and I think that Pete is telling you the same thing. Otherwise you would have been asleep.
And by the way, keep him up too high for Grandchildren's light fingers to lift.

They're not actually 'elbows', but 'wrists' turned backwards - they're just vestigial flight wings...But it's easy to think of these waddlers as having their 'elbows' where we do, LOL...
