They could, but as with any team, it will come down to the depth of the bench. There have been many times over the years when teams lose key players, and others were forced to step up, and the team went on to win a championship anyway. Anything can happen . . .

I am inclined to believe no. Matt Wieters was lost months ago. Manny Machado was lost recently. Now Davis. I mean, there has to be a point where the team cannot overcome losing players.
That said, I believe that the team will still win the division. The magic number is five. They would have to have an historic collapse not to get there.
Once they get into the playoffs, I feel that that will lose the divisional round.
