That sounds a most beautiful breakfast and enough sustenance for most of the day. ...for me.
As for the Center, I don't know what sellls but I really enjoy reading about what is happening there.

Love your breakfast - mine is very frugal and far less interesting by comparison, all in the interest of shedding a pound or two, LOL...And I think a series about the Center would make a fascinating series - but would it sell?
