I definitely remember the smell of the garbage can before there were plastic bags or garbage disposals. Poor mom did everything she could think of to keep it smelling nice and free of maggots. Nothing helped much.

Well he would not last long if he lifted it nose high here it is only collected fortnightly now to save cash. Although I don't know if maggots smell. The cart smells but there is no lifting involved these days.

If nose high means half goes on the curb...he won't last long for sure.
i would have gone nursing for peanuts...actually the pay waas so small, I may have done just as well on peanuts. LOL.

LOL! He'll probably discover his mistake sooner or later - unless adnohr is correct, in which case it doesn't matter how high he lifts it...

LOL - no doubt! Nose high is not where one should lift garbage...unless there is absolutely no sense of smell!
