I have very mixed feelings about other women...prefer male company in the main, but if we lived closer, I could meet with you for a chat any time you wanted.

Well Taps probably most things in life are a fantasy of someone. We listen because we really don't care. We probably care more about the circumstances that evolve around our own relationship with our memories and people we love. Well and our fences if you like.

Great post.  Very interesting.  I had forgotten that Phyllis Schlafly was from IL.  I always think of her as from MO.  She must be getting pretty old now.

Yes, a woman can be your staunchest supporter or your worst enemy. I was a toimboy growing up; never really hung out with girls until high school, where I realized most of them were much smarter than most males.
