It is tough when one deletes one's work. I lost a novel of mine because the hard drive crashed. Fortunately, I was able to get it going quickly.

I am sorry for DIL and photographs. Does she have ArcSoft Photoimpression 6.5 or can she get it? I found when I joined it that every darn photo I ever took wound up in their file for my page. She can join free for 90 days or something and perhaps it will suck her photo's out of the hard drive or whatever love.

There is something to be said for true photographs. One thing she is young, with plenty more time.

Heartbreaking

The first part of this post is wonderful, then one gets to the "yesterday" and can feel the frustration over the miles.

Very annoying, and potentially devastating! Which is why I often recite the 'Back-up' mantra...
