You do what you have to do in the world. we all do I suppose. Your Moms clicking needles would probably get on my nerves. LOL. I cannot imagine learning programmes that you have had to....i can only just use my Computer as is really.

Well I bet your Mum would soon boot me out. My brother says he can hear me banging away at the keys upstairs when he is in the room downstairs and has the television on.
I can type only with one finger, or use the speech software. I only buy cheap keyboards and coat the keys with nail varnish but they don't last long. I expect your Mum is used to the quietness and older folk get more irritable if the status quo is disturbed. I notice I am getting more irritable and am sharper with my comments than I once was. They have not noticed yet. Ha, ha.

I used to sit between speakers and listen to blaring music...now any kind of constant sound can send me up a wall. It's part of aging, I guess. Don't take your mom's comment about it too hard - I'm sure there was nothing personal in it - it's just our changing metabolism.
