My wife's bank was just bought out by another bank, and now she has great difficulty with the 'new' website.' You're not alone. Sometimes these things take time to 'correct' themselves . . .

If you can't use the service why pay for it. We have had to cut back on so much TV viewing because it was getting way too expensive. Perhaps when we are snowed in over Winter and cannot get out much, it will be worth while paying more.
