Well Taps it was nearly a frost here last night, I would not mind a couple of gallons of heat. I don't want to see all all the flowers blackened over night.

Tuesday here was divine, warm but not ugly hot....yesterday was overcast but pleasant until it started to rain a little light drizzle,which grew through the night to heavy rain which has continued all morning with still no let up. A horrible non summer it has been. Enjoy the books dearest and I think an overhead fan is better than A/ myself.C

I've been reading "The Informant" a non-fiction account of the
FBI case against ADM for price fixing. ADM - Archer Daniels Midland, "supermarket to the world" - maker of food, additives, practically anything manufactured from the crops we grow in the midwest. Fascinating. Scary. "In your face" all the way.
