I too loved going barefoot as much as possible....even when it was too cold...I loved the feel of the grass in our yard except for the occasional foray into some ...mmmm doggie droppings...yuck

😹So you’ve been on good footing awhile. The tenant upstairs refuses to take off his shoes inside the house love. BC-A, Bill’s R🍥🍥st

I have always been an inside barefoot person, and I've always loved being barefoot on the beach. But, I've always had tender feet.

I, too, like to go barefoot in the house. Out in public, I do not. My feet are ugly.

Funny what sensory experiences are suddenly recalled from childhood...
I used to dream I could fly, and sometimes remember lifting my arms and floating. Of course it never really happened, but I still like to think about it.

I think my feet are a bit too sensitive to try that Ciel but I do walk around in my socks when I can't find my shoes. Now you mention it, we did used to paddle in the river when we were kids, the trouble was a lot of glass, broken jam jars, I was not innocent. We used to dangle jars down from the iron bridge to catch minnows. It was not unusual to knock it against the supports and lose the lot. I suppose you could stand torture if your toes were tickled.

I know exactly what you mean, I too love going barefoot! I never wear shoes in the house, and I still go barefoot for short distances, like taking the doggie out for his late pee down the sidewalk for a bit. And I will even kick off my deck shoes when I'm in the park with him, not before inspecting the area a bit, though...I have always loved the sensation of feeling the ground with my feet...
