Mother nature is actually cruel in her selection of the strongest and fittest. Living close to nature as I do here, every living thing has to be stong to survive some thing that nature has to control it to keep the balance and to ensure the best Gene pool continues the species Fauna and flora. I believe that includes the most beloved, we humans.
