You hope there isn't some kind of conspiracy going on between the doctors and the pharmaceutical companies, but that's what it sometimes feels like. Paying for all of those drugs is one thing. But if it turns out you really didn't need them . . .

Well I suppose they do need to keep you going to get the payments, or it might be dicey.
