Re: Cats!
Ciel, thanks. Sounds like an important lead. I seem to remember something about interrupting the onset of an emo flashback.

isn't amazing how something as simple as a shower rejuvenates us!

Cats!

I woke this morning and Violetta was not cuddled up on the bed... When I came out of the room, there she was, on the wrong side of the screen door, gazing in, demanding an adjustment in the situation, and breakfast.

I'm glad you're feeling better.  About that waking up and arguing with yourself... there is something about the 'cascade' effect in Pete Walker's website material: it goes from waking to awareness of one's imperfection, spiralling down to full-on depression. He also tells how to interrupt it before it goes that far.

You could be feeling somewhat let down after working so hard and doing so well at Summer school. Sounds to me as though you are working hard at getting through not having anything structural in your life at present.
