Any idea what is causing these constant power failures? Yes, I can see how that can become quite annoying! Not being able to shower is one thing, but I have to assume you're not getting any AC either! How in the world can you tolerate that . . . ?

I guess that one must be thankful to have the electric on at least a part of the day, and grateful for potable water anytime at all.

Electricity
going in and out should be something to be concerned about. I would call the electric company and have them come out and check things.
