Although that particular list may be somewhat long, I think I might go with Al Lopez, who managed the Indians and the White Sox in the '50's and '60's. He's 4th all-time in winning percentage, and in his 15 years as manager, never had a losing record . . . !

I have to go with Buck Showalter. He helped set up the Yankees and Diamondbacks for their World Series wins.
