I'm enjoying these vignettes of Cairo! And thanks for the explanation for the '7' in Ahmad's name. Would that 'h' be pronounced like the 'ch' in the Scottish 'loch'?

strawberry juice sounds nice...I love watermelon juice too but my favorite is Mango.

I made a spicy eggplant dish today, but no fries. I haven't eaten any yet, it's too hot, but I know it will be good. I really like eggplant. I also roasted three beets from the market. They look really good. Good to reed you again.
