Yeah! I'm always messing around with something or other trying to better myself, make myself thinner, more energetic, keep my hair from falling out,....but, I never really seem to change except for aging. LOL

It's certainly annoying when vitamins have side effects! I go through phases - I take then as long as there are some in the bottle, but once it's empty I usually forget to buy more, until one day I do, which begins another cycle, LOL! But I think much of it is voodoo anyway - if you eat a healthy diet (which do) you get enough vitamins...

it could take two weeks to get all the ingredients of the pills from your system so don't rush back onto them. I only take vitamin D in the Winter. That is all, and I don't get sick.

Maybe one of your friends at the Sr Center could use those vitamins as they
are?

I don't think too many vitamins help really, if one can get a supply of green vegetables and eat fruit it may be enough, I once read of a woman who lived entirely on potatoes.
Perhaps she had different methods of cooking them. Sometimes I feel I don't want to eat bread or anything associated with it, the only kind I really like is seeded wholemeal with plenty of butter. I have not had or seen a lardy cake for years but they used to seem to taste yummy. The local store has a cheaper range of products, the cakes taste like it too kind of sweetened bread with extra sugar on top.
