don't spoil the fun for your blogit fans love....bring in the big guns the sons and the lawyer daughter. It is about time some of these work teams learned a few ethical issues...Oh and the holes and concrete blocks sure sound like legal suing waiting to happen.

Pat
It helps in cases like this to have a lawyer in the family - I know that from experience! My eldest son is a lawyer and has his own firm, and just letting people know does the trick! Sometimes I have handed out his card - it has saved me a lot of trouble and money, LOL...

I always felt wary when some contractors dug a large hole near my fence. Perhaps we can see the danger which the contractors ignore.
When the contractors put my fence up I was surprised they did not use concrete. It seemed to me they just mixed a bit of cement in with the soil. it is suppose to last twenty years 15 have slipped by. I would not want to meet your daughter in court, if I were a tea leaf.

It is fun to picture your daughter cross-examining some evil, self-assured person in court. I just love court drama.

At the very, very least, they could have called in timely fashion
to let you know of the emergency.
