Sometimes the polite lie is kinder than the absolute truth...
My problem is self-deception. I keep telling myself I look much younger than my age, that is until someone takes a photo - yikes! A pink hat. Hmmm.
Dr. Oz says bread / gluten sensitivity - will cause inflammation and belly fat, so maybe your body understood it's not good and that's why you lost a bit of weight. It's all good!

In most people about 60 per cent of the body is made up of water - but I'm very glad that in my case it's mostly wine and scotch, with a bit of beer for good measure...And that fairy just told you a lie so you would undo her bra and inspect her - I know those fairies...
