renters can be a landlord's nightmare! My mom had a small house she rented. They moved in without paying the deposit....by the time they moved out they owed her 4 months rent and totally trashed the house and the big yard....she lost a lot of money on that rental!

Amazing that people have so little pride or self-respect
that they would leave a place like that, and leaving themselves looking like pigs.
They should be ashamed.

i never made money from my rentals in Sydney ...not really. and even if they stayed just 6 months I always seemed to have to paint again and replace shower curtains and such.
