Yard work is probably one of those 'necessary evils' we all need to do from time to time, like laundry or doing the dishes. Me, I just look at it as an opportunity to not only make the property look nice, but get a little fresh air and exercise too! And if your reward is all those berry dishes, more the better! Take a break, then get back at it . . .

Well I was looking at my raspberry canes this morning and I hope they form a hedge the more the merrier and Logan berries and blackberries . I bought 24 more canes last Autumn and half died. I don't think mine have prickles , that would be a different ball game.

I enjoy doing yardwork, but I would not like it all year...The cobbler sounds yummy.
