You can have a slice... just chop up some apples and watermelons and stick a few carrots in... I'm sure the icing isn't all that tasty, unless you like the subtle flavors of food coloring.
Of course, you have to eat without using your hands. But you may use your nose.

Yes, she seemed quite ready to demolish that 'cake' and was too distracted by it to care much about all the little monkeys singing Happy Birthday.

I imagine after years of working with her and her kind, the fella in the red shirt knows what her body language reveals. I think she flapped her ears more when she started in on that 'cake,' a sign of excitement?

Lovely day for all that fun.
I wish I could speak "elephant" - wouldn't it be great to know what she was thinking. I can't help thinking they must have a lot going on in those huge brains. Probably they do a bit of tsk-tsk-tsk-ing about how weird humans are.

Well she does not look a day over over twenty one. I do have a job to tell a girl's age though. I bet that melon made a scrunch. Finally you are brave getting so close. Lovely photos.

Great pictures--I loved them every one.
