Re:
Haha! Not a slim little person, but yay! Thank you for thinking so! I've got some profile pictures now, as well as some within this blog. :)
Oh, I love apples. Macintosh apples are my vice, and I just finished my last. I need to buy more. Carrots. I also love carrots. The big ones, not the little ones. And raw broccoli's good, although I do limit the healthiness of it by dipping it into ranch dressing. Mmmm... now I'm hungry...

Re:
They so are!!!! Haha!
Oh, I'll definitely do both. I was even thinking of running. And the free weights in the gym don't need to be programed, so maybe I can work with those too. Swimming's also always good.

Sit ups, walking...it all costs nothing except energy and time, and will do the trick. Organic is good, but expensive...so guess just cutting down on fatty foods (also expensive, but damn, they're tasty!

Now its funny I thought you were a slim little person,
so I shall continue to think so,
Really I think it is food that makes one plump
I have put on a stone since I was on steriods ,
I love sweet things but try to eat fruit instead.
I realise you are at a disadvantage, but perhaps
you could nibble an apple when you get the craving
for sugary products. What do I know?
