At first I was amazed that George Bush could have been elected twice. But Obama going 2 for 2 was even more amazing! And it just proves what I have been saying for quite some time now: a politician is a politician is a politician, and elections seem more and more meaningless. I can't wait for the next presidential election. What 'joke' will sit upon the White House throne next . . . ?

Firstly, Obama speaks in the style of a salesman, an old time carnival barker. Seconsly, I'm sorry to read about Newsweek their stance notwithstanding. Really, the more the merrier makes a free press, U.S. News and Workd Report notwithstanding. But Time needs more competition as interesting as it is, their stance notwithstanding love. Next the view of magazine stands (at least with news magazines), wide and high for real will go the way of the fantastical newspaper stand that New Yorkers thought would happen in histoory love.
