Perhaps they are, shamasehar, perhaps they are. And that's a shame . . .

Re:

Thanks, shamasehar. Always happy to pass along pertinent information. So always remember . . . woodland elves are lazy, gullible, and slow! Kinda like some U.S. politicians . . .

Re:

Glad to hear it, adnohr. Now it's my turn to take a jaunt into 'fairy land' and see if my Rangers can actually win a damn game against those pesky Kings! Believe me, I'm extremely proud of my team getting even this far! But I don't want to see them get swept in the finals! I really don't care if they can win 4 straight and actually take home the cup! Just win one, and make it respectful, especially in front of the home crowd! Not too much to ask, is it . . . ?

Re: JimmyA

Thanks, Sir Wiley. Actually, sometimes I kinda wish I had simple dreams like that! My dreams are usually such that I wouldn't dare jot them down and share them with anybody! No, they're not necessarily 'X-rated,' just usually bizarre and frightening! Tangling with a couple of slow-running elves would be a breeze . . .

Re: jimmy

I'm glad I still can too, jean! Those elves can be tricky and deceitful sometimes, but they're no sprinters . . .

Re:

Thanks, chuck. And a valuable lesson for all, too! Never take on any woodland elves, regardless! There's no cowardice in turning tail and running from these folks . . .

Re:

Actually I didn't, Kabu. But I guess one would have to engage in an act of subterfuge in order to get close enough and have time to do that tickling! I think I'd rather just run . . .

Re:

Is that what they're supposed to be doing, Bill? I guess 'aggresive' woodland elves are rare. Just my luck, I have a colony living next door! Time to reset the traps . . .

Re:

It was indeed, FSI! I consider myself to still be in pretty good shape, but it's been a while since I had to make a sprint like that! Now I know which part of those woods to avoid . . .

Re: Jimmy

I'm sure he would, Naut. In fact, seeing how these wee gents behaved, I have a feeling that a couple of my cats could have whooped their behinds as well! Silly woodland elves . . .

Leave it to you Jimmy to find two elves that don't garden.

That was quite the event there.

You were lucky! And that's why I never go into the woods without Bennie - he'd take care of those guys in no time...
