It is all about positive spirit. But sometimes the pain is overwhelming and in total control of the mind and body.

good writing on a huge subject... and sometimes it can feel more difficult to go on than to let go...but my experience is that ten years later I find it difficult to remember just why I was so upset over what had happened. Life had moved on and was interesting ...

I find existentialism to very interesting in general...I remember reading Camus's L'Etranger.
